Referrals welcome
If you are a social worker, throughcare officer, housing support worker, or healthcare professional and would like to refer a young person to Slate's programmes, please get in touch using the form above or email us directly. We aim to respond to all referral enquiries within one working day.
We are proud to work alongside 18 referral partners across Ayrshire, including NHS Ayrshire & Arran, North Ayrshire Council's throughcare and aftercare team, and local housing associations. If your organisation is not yet part of our network and you think it should be, we would love to start that conversation.
